Sanctuary sessions offer a mixed modality approach from parts work practice, group sense making, journalling practices, and gentle off screen embodied movement explorations. Everything is a pressure-free invitation and rooted in somatic practice and nervous system support.

Nurture Nests are your mini retreat in the week to, slow down, gently process your emotions, and give yourself time to tune in, repair, and regulate.

As a Somatic Therapist and ADHD Coach, I have the honour of supporting fellow sensitive, neurodivergent and ADHD souls move away from masking, and calm the anxiety and spirals that come with living in survival mode.
I began my journey to healing from Complex Trauma, panic attacks, and debilitating self-criticism in my early twenties. From experiencing displacement, sibling bereavement, parental neglect, and severe bullying, all with undiagnosed ADHD, many of the modalities I tried gave me insight, but not relief. It wasn’t until I began working with the nervous system - gently, somatically, and creatively - that things really began to shift.

Having begun my journey of healing from childhood trauma - stemming from bereavement, relocation, and chronic bullying, somatically trained practitioners were the only ones who ever helped me make sense of things and find a way out of the spirals of panic, despair, and crippling self-criticism.
With over 15 years of experience in bodywork and nervous system repair, and an educational background in Early Childhood Development and Creative Art Therapy Studies, I trained as a Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach and opened my private online practice.

I’ve never had this much consistent practice in coming back into my body. Just being with myself, not struggling, brings instant relief. Things are shifting.
