I'm a Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach, and like many of the sensitive, neurodivergent souls I now work with, I spent years in survival mode, constantly bracing, overthinking, and trying to hold it all together.

Therapy gave me insight, but not relief. It wasn’t until I began working with the body - gently, somatically - that things really began to shift.

Having begun my journey of healing from childhood trauma - stemming from bereavement, relocation, and chronic bullying, somatically trained practitioners were the only ones who ever helped me make sense of things and find a way out of the spirals of panic, despair, and crippling self-criticism.

With over 15 years of experience in bodywork and nervous system repair, and an educational background in Early Childhood Development and Creative Art Therapy Studies, I trained as a Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach and opened my private online practice.
